Expert Hardware/Software support

My background is in the A+ and Network+ side of the house. If at any point I feel I cannot assist you, I will not charge you for the call, and will refund if necessary. I do not take payment if the problem is not solved. I am not trying to gouge, and feel my price accurately reflects my level of expertise. I have been working with computers since I was about 5 years old, and have been building my own since 2002. I have a career background in electrical engineering, cryptology, and network security
